Foods that cause constipation are the kind that contains almost no FIBER.
All dairy products including cheeses, all meats and seafood contain NO Fiber---
Fiber is needed to make your intestines function properly!!! Both soluble and insoluble Fiber!!!
Fiber is in grains, fruits and veggies!!!
