Raven,
I have done a liver flush several times and have eliminated from just a few stones (bright green accretions of hardening cholesterol/bile/god-know's what) to close to 100 last time.
It is a GODSEND and anyone who would opt for surgery instead of trying this completely noninvasive way to clear gallstones is being MIGHTY foolish, IMNSHO.
About 15 years ago I suffered endless bouts of wavelike pain every time I ate a large fatty meal. After my second flush, this NEVER occurred again. I do a flush about once a year whenever I start feeling a slight "fullness" under my right ribcage for several days/weeks.
The process is a HUGE chore but really consumes only one day when there really is little you can do but stay at home, and rest...keep the TV near the toilet

!
I do a variant on Hulda Clarke's method but I take only one dose of epsom salts before bed...her method of starting HOURS before bed is too risky (if you catch my drift.)
I STRONGLY advise you try it.
Grapefruit Juice is an easier sub for the lemon juice but either is good...cider vinegar is also and ANY oil can be subbed for the olive oil. I used canola last time!
