Anyone here have digestive probs my age(18)? - Digestive Disorders Message Board

Well,

I am 18 years old and I went to the doctor last september and she said that I probably had IBS. She said I need to change my diet and stop eating so late at night and to eat more fiber. Well,some mornings I wake up and have extreme diarrhea and pain in my bowls. I also have burniness in my stomach and bowls.

This morning I woke up and felt all that above. I did have 3 sandwiches last night at around 12am. Wonder if that did it?

my name is Rachel. i am also 18, and i have been experiencing pretty much the same things. i've been miserable. : ( I do have my good days where i feel fine, but the weird feelings come back at night and i can't sleep usually. when its really bad, i'm up in the middle of the night breathing hard and shallow, my heart is beating fast, i feel like i cant breathe, sweating, seeing spots, having what i call "bad poops". i feel extremely dizzy and nauseas. it feels like i'm getting the flu each time. it is VERY scary. i have been going through this since March now. : ( i'm glad i found another young person who is going through the same things. please get back to me soon so we can talk!
