Upper left stomach pain - Digestive Disorders Message Board

Im new here and im hoping someone can help. I am haveing spasm under my left ribs. I went to the doc yesterday. they did blood test, x-rays, and an EKG. Everything seemed fine. He gave me some meds for the spasms, they stop the spasm, but it only last a few hours before they come back. It will spasm for about 10 seconds then release, I'll get a minute or two of relief and it happenes again. Im going to my normal doc on saturday. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi. I wanted to respond to your post since no one ever did . I also have upper upper left stomach pain along with chest pain too. My pain is more constant on certain days though rather than spasms. What did the doctor have to say?
