| Seasonal stomach issues? Constipation, diarrea
For the past few years when the seasons change from summer/Fall into winter I always have stomach issues. I either become constipated or have issues with diarrea. During the rest of the year my bowel movements are totally normal and once a day at most. This time of year I can always go first thing in the morning but then feel that I have to go for the entire rest of the day usually resulting in not going until the next morning. On other days I'll go in the morning and then several times throughout the day. This only happens at this time of year though and after a few weeks everything goes back to normal. Is this normal?
