It really sounds like common irritable bowel syndrome to me and FYI, I have experienced the same symptoms from time to time. If you have any more stress than usual in your life right now, that should be considered. Digestive system ties in with emotional well being all the time. Try to eat right, get enough exercise and drink enough water all the time, too.
Another thing to try to do is NOT concentrate on this so much. I know it's difficult, but see if when you are busy or distracted you feel better. Sometimes we just spend way too much time worrying about our bodies and these digestive problems are extremely common when that's happening.
If you don't feel better, you could also mention this to your doctor and also anything bothersome that may be happening in your life. Chances are he/she will know just what to recommend but I am not a doctor so you would need to detail all your symptoms for an expert. I strongly suspect, however, that you are fine.

When I go, it's normal. Like the last two days I've felt yucky and could only take very small BM's - feels like its going to be diarrhea but it's not.
Then last night I was extremely nauseaus -- I went to the bathroom and had a huge BM (Sorry for being so graphic!) and I immediately felt great afterwards. I went and layed on the couch to watch tv and I felt fine - even a little bit hungry.
This am I woke up feeling a bit gassy but it went away. I feel normal once again today.
Why would this happen? Is it a form of constipation??
