| stomach & intestine gases
Hi, I'm new to the boards and am wondering if anyone has heard of this problem:
For a little over two years, I've been having digestive / bowel problems, no pain, just a lot of gas that seems to move around the intestines making fairly loud sounds, similiar to that of an empty stomach. It comes and goes, sometimes as soon as I eat, other times up to four hours later. Usually lasts around 30 minutes or so. It seems to occur more in the early evening (2 - 4 pm) or after dinner (7 - 8 pm). My stool is on the loose side, but not diarrahea. It's embarrasing to be in quiet situations, as I get afraid of the possible sounds that may come from my intestines.
I've tried a gastroenterologist, had a colonoscopy and barium test, parasites testing, etc. and the only response I get is IBS. I've also tried a food diary and can't seem to make any correlations.
Has anyone had a similiar problem? Thank you for any help in advance.
