I agree with Harry. An elimination diet, especially with the help of a nutritionist or doctor specializing in nutritional medicine, will help you to find out which foods your body is rebelling against. Once you eliminate these foods from your diet, you will find that there really are a lot of OTHER foods out there that you CAN eat.
I feel your frustration, but I can assure you that life without gluten has opened up an adventurous world of new foods to me. And if I had to eliminate milk from my diet as well, I would pout and whine and feel sorry for myself for a while (which I did when I realized that I had to change my diet to gluten-free), but I would eventually realize that there are substitutions for that as well. Hang in there -- you're not alone!
