Question Living without a stomach

As of late, my stomach problems have gotten so severe that the doctors both here and at Mayo are considering removal. I am just wanting to know if anyone can give me insight as to what it is like living without a stomach. I am very scared and just want to find out all I can before the doctors final decision is made.

Thank you
Rory

Re: Living without a stomach

I am doing better somedays. Each day is a different story. I hope your scans go well. It is hard to determine some things and even more frustrating when a doctor does not know what something is. But my stomach problems are due to Auto Immune Gastritis. It is not fun becuase somedays I can eat normally, some days I can;t eat at all.

But again, I hope the best for you! Maybe they will figure all your aches and pains out!

Rory
