I have what Dr's have reffered to as a lipoma on the left side of my abdomen (for 10 years now) just under the ribcage and a smaller one (you have to really feel for it) slightly above it and to the right.
Sometimes when I get hungry or eat I get this sickly feeling in that area either from my stomach or maybe the muscle underneath. I can feel the pain sort of in my back and stomach. It feels like if it were to get much worse I would vomit.
I have general anxiety disorder but its always in that same area. I dont know if I may have an ulcer in that spot or the lipoma is inflaming the muscle there.
I thought it may be the medicine I was talking but there is no pattern.
I have lost 40 lbs but thats due to me being on a strict diet. I have 2 other lipomas on my side, and the other opposite side of the stomach one but just a but lower.
I have had three doctors feels them and said that they were fatty lipomas and if they became painful, or got bigger, then to come back and those were there for 8-10 yrs. I get a super random pain on the stomach where it is but its maybe once a month if that.
I don't know what is causing this, however, I have several lipomas. Arms, Legs, and many on my rib cage. I know how you feel, although I don't get sick when I eat from them. If I stand for two long or move the wrong way they get stuck up under my ribs. It is very, very painful when this happens. I hope to get some of my big ones removed someday.
Well I met for like your stomach, like a endoscopy, somthing to see if you have something like a hernia or ulcer maybe. I have digestive problems as well, and have been dealing with that myself. The only thing I had done was a blood test for H pylori which came back neg.
The only test I had done for the lipoma was a sonogram. I hope you feel better.
