You mentioned having "minimum" bowel movements... Is it diarrhea? Are you passing any air at all? If your stomach is getting distended (bloated), and you are passing only liquid or pencil thin stool, and not passing wind, it could be possible that you are developing or have developed a bowel obstruction, either partial or full.. also there is the possibility of an ileus (an area of the bowel becomes "paralyzed" for some reason and peristalsis is unable to take place). With these conditions you usually develop nausea and/or vomiting also. I've had both an intestinal obstruction due to scar tissue, and an ileus. With both I became very uncomfortable, with pain, nausea/vomiting, and my stomach was very distended. For the ileus, the docs had me taking milk of magnesia every couple hours until things finally started working again... they also wanted me to have a lot of fluids... Both of these conditions are fairly rare unless you've had some sort of injury or surgery in the area, but the solution could be as simple as trying some milk of mag

Hope you feel better soon!
