Thumbs down Waking up nauseated...

Had my gallbladder out in November, 2005. Before that I woke up with pain and cramps and then nausea - sometimes sweating and chills. Now 6 months later I still wake up occasionally with same symptoms except not so severe and rarely vomit. No pain - just cramping and sometimes loose bowels. Anyone have these symptoms and what do you do about them? I assume it has to do with processing fats. I am trying to eat lower fat but still happens and always early morning - 2 to 5 a.m. and lasts for about 5 hours or so. Then I feel pretty good. Elaine
