When eating, try separating your liquids from your solids...for example, at lunch eat your sandwich first..wait half hour and drink your coffee, water, soda, whatever...also, try using a *straw* when drinking your liquid which cuts down on the amount of air you swallow when eating...amazing the amount of air that we swallow when eating! Also, do not recline after eating or drinking. FWIW. Good Luck!
