Stomach bloats after eating

Hi. Yeah, I don't know what it is, but like after I eat my stomach tends to balloon out. Even if it isn't even that much food. Like last night I have some chopped fruit and, BAM!, there it went. It doesn't really last all day or anything, but it seemed to only start doing it after I lost weight a few years ago.

Any idea what can be causing it?

Re: Stomach bloats after eating

I have the same problem if I eat salty foods, I bloat out. It seems to go away overnight though. I think it's from retaining fluid at least that's what salty foods seem to do. I'm fine eating fruits and other foods.
