Arrow SEVERE Intestinal Gas!
I have severe intestinal gas. The OTC pill products with simethicone seem to do nothing for for. Please help.

I have the same problem, and they told me I have "Gastritis".

Currently looking for something to help/cure it, but so far NOTHING works.
