| will weight loss eliminate GERD symptoms?
i have a hiatal hernia that's causing acid reflux and nausea (i think...cuz i also have diverticulosis) i am short 5 ft. 6 in. and i weigh 180 lbs. if i shed at least 30-40 lbs. will the hiatal hernia go away? please let me know.
i'm totally at wits end. i'm feeling hopeless and slightly depressed.
i don't know if i concentrate on treating the hernia will i aggravate the diverticulosis and vice versa. someone tell me what i must do. what's good for me, what's bad for me?
