Have you always eaten a lot of fiber or is the extra fiber something new too your diet? If it's something new, I would think that a month would be long enough for your body to get used to the fiber. I would go see your doctor which is advised if you have abnormal bowel movements that persist for more than two weeks. Also, are you having any other symptoms like cramping, pain, urgency to go, ... Has there been any added stress lately? I ask because the symptoms that you listed can be caused by a lot of things: IBS, colitis, bacterial/viral infection, parasite, fissure ... Of course there are usually other symptoms associated with the things that I listed.
My rule is too always see a doctor if something physically changes with your body and does not go away.
