damiensunshine Newbie Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 3	right side of my neck moves when I swallow Hi, i just noticed a few days ago that when I swallow the right side of my neck moves. It's seems to be a muscle but it's very noticeable that a big lump of my neck moves. The left side doesn't move at all. I think the muscle is connected with the voice box, as the whole thing moves up until the dip before the shoulder. Is this a pulled muscle or something? Or should I be more worried?
