Just want some advice pleae
Last night i ate a plate full of pasta 2 hours before i went to the gym.
Got to the gym and still felt slightly bloated, during my very high cardio vascular gym class i started to feel slighty light headed and feeling sick, and i was thinking to myself im either going to faint or chuck up!
When i got home my stomach felt very hard and i was still extemely bloated to the point i couldnt even suck my stomach in!
After being home for 30 mins my body decided it had had enough and i was sick, but it was very watery and not much as most of my food was being digested and not actually in my stomach anymore.
Woke up this morning feeling really hugry, drank some water and had a banana and cereal. Now im still feeling quite bloated and hungry but feel sick if i eat something.
Do you think this will pass or can someone reccomend something to ease it??
Ive just eaten lunch, a sandwhich and now i feel that dull pain again... please someone help!
