Post Feeling too full after small meal

I ate a small hamburger (no bun) and some spinach last night. I felt like this burger was sitting at the top of my stomach for hours. What causes this feeling of fullness or food stuck?

It's nothing to worry about if it's a one time thing. It could just be indigestion. If it's something that occurs regularly, it called early satiety and it could be the result of severl causes such as gastric outlet obstruction, decreased stomach distensibility, iritable bowel syndrome and dyspepsia. If it occurs regularly, you need to talk to your doctor.

Hi Tania,

There is a product called Iberogast that may be helpful for you. It's a natural product which is safer than any motilium drug. I use if myself.

You shouldn't have any problem finding it in a health store.

Good Luck!
