Like the other poster said, you may have symptoms or not. Many people carry the bacteria and never no it. A lot of cases are discovered via autopsy when death is caused by something else. Anyway, if you do have h-pylori and and it starts causing problems, you have to get it checked out. It usually easily treatable with a combination of antibiotics. H-pylori trouble can cause ulcers, indigestion, bloating, gas, ...
You can test for the bacteria through an endoscope, blood test and a breath test. If you suspect that is what you have, go see your doctor. Good luck!
