When I eat something or take my vitamins and herbs, it starts up. I hurt so bad right now and I don't know what to do.
Ulcer, gastritis, gallbladder problems, infection, gas, pancreas problems, ... As you can see, upper abdominal pain is vague and can be caused by a number of things. If it hurts that bad, you need to go to a doctor to have some diagnostic tests performed. An ultrasound (quick and simple) would be your first step to see if it might be your gallbladder.
Start by seeing a doctor so you can try pinpointing what you have. Good luck!
