From the top!!

Having been diagnosed with a Hiatus Hernia and barrett's esophagus just over a year ago, i still find it hard to cope. Ive started to take note of the things which trigger my irritated esophagus, but still feel that nexium isnt the tablet for me. Im constantly feeling bloated, ache all over, and my stomach feels like its been through a washing machine. Everytime i visit the Doctor, he says there is nothing he can do for me and directs me back to the specialist! To be honest i just dont know which way to turn
All i ask is why oh why? Did this happen to me.
