Nausea is just horrible I know - this is just a few things that have helped me a bit,
eat really small meals, but fairly often..eat at the table, stay at the table after your meal - avoid tight clothing particularly while eating and afterwards also, and avoid bending for a long while after eating - this is really important - as soon as I bend down for at least a good hour after eating I feel very nauseas. drink small amounts of water throughout the day
and the hardest bit of all - try not to get too stressed - wow that makes it worse.
Lastly this is a really great site or help and comfort - it is so easy to get around and find what we want - I am not very computer literate - but thank you to the people who run this site. bless you
