Argh!
If anyone gets constipation on a regular basis then you will know what i'm moanin' about here!!! I am 21, and have had it since day one lol. Thing is recently it's been getting me down big time. My stomach looks huge, i look pregnant it's so bloated

and makes me look and feel huge, slugish and just basically bone idle. I did have a blood test a good few months back now to see if i had ibs.. but everything seemded to be ok, hmm. Anyway, I have read about insoluable fiber, and soluable fiber, which is meant to help constipation?? do any of them actually work? I'd love to get some proper advice here as i'm at my bloated witts end.
