| light-brown stool
Hi,
I think this is related to a diet change, but for the last couple of days my stool has been a very light brown colour, and I've had constipation.
I go to the gym and exercise regularly, but I've had trouble putting on weight, so I bought some whey protein powder, and I've been having about 30-60 grams of that everyday.
I'm not sure whether I should wait a while, or see a doctor as soon as I can.
What do you think?
