| Bromelain Alternative Needed???... Need Alternative Enzyme, Anyone???...
Hi Guys, I'm in need of some advice on what protein-digesting enzyme alternative I could take to eating pineapple & its bromelain enzyme. I'm bummed because I know it works in helping me digest protein & it went a longway to curing my acne & solving my other ailments. But I have just realised these enzymes are irritating my mouth and causing skin rash (rosacea), seems I may have an allergic reponse to pineapple which is leaving me looking all red face & flushed. Not a very good luck. Its eating away at the layer of dead cells on the surface of my skin.
I'm in desperate need of an alternative as I still need the benefits of a protein-digesting enzyme but without the irratation of skin rash from pineapple & the bromelain.
Would anyone have a suggestion or any advice for me on what alternative there is I could take???
