Hi All. I have no clue where to post this. So I thought I would try here. Here is a little of my past history. At 34 weeks of pregnancy, I got Severe acute necrotizing pancreatitis and pretty much all of my organs failed. They did an emergency c-section, fortunately my daughter survived. I wasn't expected to make it, luckily I did. Since that time, I have had to have 7 surgeries due to complications. My last surgery was on January 6th 2006.

Now, here is my problem. This morning, I noticed at the top of the scar from my incisions from my abdominal surgeries there is a large lump that is a bit bigger than the size of a quarter, it is reddened, and tender. This was never there before. There are also some reddened areas to the side of this area, but they aren't raised.
Does anyone have any clue what this could be from?
My surgery that I had a year ago was to repair an incisional hernia and put mesh in to prevent future incisional hernias.
Also I was in the ER this past wednesday and testing showed that I have an ileus right now (a paralyzed part of my bowel, kinda like an obstruction), but they still sent me home.
I would appreciate any input or any words of wisdom.. thanks!!
