Thanks for these answers. I had a Hida scan back in '02 the fraction was at 56% the dr. (a surgeon) ask me to have it done again in 6mos. I didn't because I didn't think it was going to change that much. He told me that insurance wouldn't pay for having the gall bladder out at that range.
Now, I have a hurting in the gall bladder area quit frequently, not a bad hurting just at times. I'm thinking if it could be that it would probably show up now. I also have a fatty liver. I have hurt up under my ribs on the right side, anyway the dr did say that the liver could hurt,too.
This is a lower hurting now.
I ask my family dr. about the results at the time he said it wasn't my gall bladder, now lately when I brought it up, he said he was borderline.
I'm just confused.
I know sometimes tests don't always show up. I guess that hurting is bothering me metally, just wondering. It will be about 5 yrs. since that test.
