Abdominal Migraines - Digestive Disorders Message Board

Has anyone ever heard of or been diagnosed with abdominal migraines? I am having tests to rule out other things but my doctor says these are a possibility I had never heard of them until she talked with me about it. I am just wondering about treatments and prevention, since I have been nauseated and vomiting 1-2x's per month for 3-4 days at a time since August of 2006.

ask your doctor about cyclic vomiting disease. My 7 yr old daughter has been diagnosed with this and i remember her doc. saying its very similar if not the same thing as abdominal migraines. She has been put on several medications for this but there is no cure. I was also told she will become worse the older she gets. Please if the two are related get back to me and share your info. with me thanx
