I have posted about my feelings of food getting stuck and my trouble swallowing. The food has stopped feeling like it is sticking, but now due to the fact I have overanalyzed my swallowing, I am having trouble at the top end..in my mouth and at the beginning part of my swallow
I am taking small bites..and chewing until its pureed..but I am not sure how much I should swallow at one time..should I try to swallow the whole mouthful or should I swallow a little at a time? This sound absolutely crazy I know..but I have forgotten how to do something I have been doing for 29 years..and every meal is a chore now..I am not even sure how well I should chew it..I have been counting 30 bites per mouthful..any assistance would be apprecitated
