I feel like that now too. Last night could only eat the vegetables, but later on felt good after eating chocolate,,then had to have toast and peanut butter because I was hungry. I felt this coming on so began my regimen of 3 acidophilus (5 biilion active cells strength) tablets daily. This restores the 'good' bacteria necessary for digestion.
