Exclamation Telling the difference between muscle pain and organ pain . .

Hi guys,

When I press in between my ribs and under my right ribs I have this bruised feeling. When I press it, it sometimes defers to the left side. It's only when I'm standing up, when I lay down and press on these spots (like the doctor does at their office, it doesn't hurt at all.) Would that possibly indicate it is muscular?

Thanks guys! What would I do without all of you at healthboards? =)
