I don't think you can tell that. Apparently the gastric-emptying testing done has it narrowed down to "what if you eat this many calories on empty" and how long THAT might take, but wild variations such as food make-up, volume, etc, don't make anything but the standard test easy to control.
As it is, it seems that the small meal (I call it a snack) given for the test has about a t (1/2) time of 90 min, and apparently it should almost be gone at 4 hrs. Pretty long for a little egg!

not good!! but generally people will empty in 90 minutes depending what you ate, how much etc....
