Bolivia messed up my stomach
Late September I traveled through Bolivia. By October 1st I was experiencing symptoms that are still with me today. They are: burping, very loud stomach rumbling, flatulence (usually non smelly), random cramping, and loose stools (but no watery diarrhea). I've had no symptoms outside of my digestive system. I have only been able to pin down that coffee and lactose makes the symptoms worse. I haven't lost any weight and am eating almost whatever I want.
Two weeks ago I saw a doctor in argentina. She gave me cipro but it did absolutely nothing. I think it's a parasite. I read those usually resolve on their own but it's been a month. Suggestions? If I was at home I'd see a doctor in a second but i'm hesitant to see one here.
