That's a vague description, but left abdominal pain can be gastrits - an inflammation of the stomach's lining - can come with upset stomach, pain is usually on the upper left side or in the middle of the rib cage. Severe pain that is relieved by hunching over, usually acompained by very ill feeling and vomiting - pancreatitis . . . which is an inflammtion of the pancreas. Mono - can cause an inflammation of the spleen.
You will have to be more specific for us to really help you though. Tell us how long it's lasted. Is it burning, sharp or stabbing pain? Do you have stomach upset, change in bowel habits, or vomiting?
