Pain After Endoscopy

Hi guys. Had my endoscopy yesterday and it wasn't bad at all. The doc thinks he found some gastritis and biopsied it to check for infecition. I am having some twinges of pain today mostly below my rib cage were my tummy is and where I think the first part of the small intestine is . . . Last night it felt alot like menstrual cramps but up high - which I expected from the biopsy. Is it normal to be in some pain after the procedure? It's not severe, just there.

Thanks guys and thanks for always being so helpful! God bless!
