B143C Veteran (female) Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 465	What Is Seen In An Endoscopy Biopsy Hi guys. The doctor thinks I have gastritis and took a sample of my stomach lining for testing. What can they see when they do that? What do they test for? The day before the test was Halloween - so I ate a good bit of candy with my children! I'm also afraid that I gave myself gastritis the night before and he's just seeing something new. What do you guys think? Gastritis is usually something that develops over time right? That may have just aggrivated it? Thanks so much guys! God bless you!
