What are some things you can eat that wouldnt cause gas?
Im like the lady on the other thread and i would like to see if changing my eating habits would help.
So any suggestions on what i could eat would be helpful
Avoiding soda, beans (some beans in moderation are still important for vitamins and fiber content), and raw gas-producing vegetables, especially broccoli, cauliflower, and onions. Some soy-based products can also cause gas, in my experience, but soymilk and tofu are usually ok. Those are the only things I can think of.
Onions, i love onions, i dont know whether i could give up those, i flavor alot of my food with them and of course i love broccoli and cauliflower so this is going to be tough but i have to do something im bloated most of the time.

Im afraid to eat anything anymore, everything causes gas
yES, I agree- everthing i eat causes gas- I have cut out so much variety in my life- and I am very very thin- I don't eat dairy, wheat, soy, sugar, garlic, onions- stay away from desserts( sugar- and fake sugar products give me lots of gas)- I only eat fruit 1 time a day( I love fruit- and it is a hardship believe me- my brother is a DR. and says what is the difference- even cutting all that out you get gas- might as well hae that stuff- don't know anymore- have had colonoscopies(5 of them- all fine- so I have IBS- taht is where they put you when you can't find anything I guess)- I take acidophillus, probiotics- oh well. I wish there was a magic bullet.
I havent had any tests done tho i should. I am alot like you, everything i eat causes gas or possibly like the one person said maybe it could be something else
I just know i am so sick of feeling like this. But like you i will probably get tests done and it will show nothing and i will have to take more medsthat is why i have of little fear of going and getting tests done.
