| Anyone take Amitiza for Gastroparesis?
I was just prescribed a med called Amitiza. I had never heard of it before and when I got home, i did research and saw it is used for treating chronic constipation and also some other things. My doctor gave it to me for my Gastroparesis. I took it just once and diarhea'ed in my pants (!) during the night, twice. I also understand it causes nausea, and can cause trouble breathing (great!).
Has anyone tried this medication? If so, for what condition was it prescribed and did it do u any good?
