| Tests make me so nervous!
Well I had an upper scope earlier this week for some abdominal pain (its been about 5 months since having gallbladder removed for gallstones), which did show some bile and irritation in my stomach. My gastro doctor wanted to check to make sure my pancreas was ok so I had a CT scan today and afterwards the nurse/technician says things like "you're all done, we'll let your doctor know what we found" and I'm always wondering if that automatically means they found something or if they are just saying that they will send the results. Unless they say "everything looks fine" (which did happen once) I am always worried that they found something terrible. During the tests I am always trying to listen to how they word things and get a sense for the result. I guess I'm probably reading too far into things. At least I hope thats the case.
