Im going through this same thing. Around Halloween I went to a resort with my kids and on the first night i got very nauseas, no vomitting though. The next day the same thing and i wound up in my room for a few hours until it subsided. Eating did & didnt make it go away. It really put a damper on our trip. I was waiting for something worse to happen but it pretty much stayed the same and luckily I was only an hour away from home.
When I returned home the same thing continued for a few more days so all in all I wasnt right for over a week. I thought it was a bug but I had no vomitting (although at times I did feel like it but if it was a bug i would be vomitting uncontrollably and no diarrhea. I was ok until this Saturday. I had plans to go to New York City with my friend who was traveling from another state to take the train with me which is close to my house. I started getting nauseas in the early morning and i figured id eat something and it would go away but it didnt. I was very nervous at this point as my friend was traveling and i didnt want to dissapoint everyone so I just hoped for the best. It wasnt until hours after I walked around a bit that it subsided and I was ok for the rest of the afternoon. Then yesterday the same thing and i woke up in the middle of the night at 3:00 with bad nausea and couldnt go back to sleep. Today it is on & off. I really dont think its a bug because again Im not vomitting uncontrollably & no diarrhea. Also I dont think i would get it twice in a row so close together. Tomorrow I go to the doctor. Im hoping he will order some tests and give me an anti-nausea medication. I know it really sucks as I cant make any major plans because Im afraid of getting sick. I was supposed to go away with my kids on a mini trip after x-mas but too afraid especially as this happened again to me. The last time I was this nauseas day after day was when I was pregnant and if I didnt have my tubes tied after my last child I would think I was pregnant but Im not.
I dont know what to tell you, maybe your body is fighting something since your tests all come out normal. Have you asked you doctor for an anti-nausea medication? Im hoping my doctor will give me one tomorrow because it is a horrible feeling trying to make plans or when I do I get sick there is nothing that helps this. The medication would at least take an edge off the nausea.
