fundoplication problems

fundoplication problems had fundoplication 12 years ago and have for 6 months cronic stomach aches in the mornings especially around operation area.Have had an endoscopy which showed inflamtion around the scarring.I also have had a ct scan.I am now going in for a 24 hour pull through manometry examination.I have been on 40mg of losec ameprazole for a month which didnt work so why would manometry test show anything.Surely if it is caused by acid then the losec would have stopped it.My doctors is of no help as he has never had a patient with this problem and has never reffered anybody for surgery. My surgeon is never available to talk and has never discussed any isues with me so does anybody have any suggestions? regards martin
