Should I take Mastic Gum/DGL with Prilosec?

I have been diagnosed twice with h. pylori. my last endoscopy revealed i had gastritis as well. i had no symptoms. i was given antibiotic treatment and prilosec. shortly after i mistakenly indulged in alcohol comsumption. soon after is when i began having symptoms. i most likely made my gastritis worse. i don't know what stage it is at now. i try to watch my diet but if i eat something spicy i begin to have stomach cramps/inflammation and high fever.

can someone please tell me whats wrong and what i should do?
