Well this isnt my problem but my Gfs her Doc said that she jus isnt getting enough Fiber and she needs more fiber, does anyone else have input on this, i got kinda worrryed when i herd that crohns disease has sumtihn like the same symtoms?

If she has already talked with her physician about the problem then that is what she probably needs. I'm guessing your GF is constipated and straining which is causing hemorrhoids which become irritated and bleed. If you are seeing bright red blood there is nothing to be concerned about other than she needs to eat a better diet with lots of fruits and fresh veggies.
