I had this occur last night...almost felt like a spasm. Do you have GERD or a hiatal hernia? My Gastro doc doesn't think they are related where as my cardio doc thinks this is the reason for my symptoms of left shoulder/arm pain. Both specialists blame it on the other. I KNOW I have a hiatal hernia and GERD but all cardiac workups (everything except cath) show nothing in the heart problem dept. My chest pain is mostly underneath my left breast not in the center.

That is the same pain I have but I have nausea too. Just had an Endoscopy done and it showed inflammation. In my case the doctor thinks it could be scar tissue from my gastric bypass surgery causing bile and acid to back up from the small intestines into my stomach. I'm going for an Upper GI Small Bowel Series on Thursday but he is not sure they will find anything. Every pain I have that they can't diagnois they blame on scar tissue.

Hi all, yes l do have some stomach issues although l havnt had an endoscopy done yet as lm scared lol... one thing l noticed is these symptoms l suffer from happen before my period is due up to 12 days before but recently lm having them even after periods finished its been going on for years! I also have back pain lower and upper so wondering if stomach probs are due to my back or vice versa? I will get this sorted one day hope all is well with you guys today x
