Every Feb-March I have stomach problems

I don't understand why, but it is like clock work. Every Late February thru March, I have problems with my stomach. Diarhrea, Tight stomach, full feeling
It usually starts out very small problem, then day by day it gets worse until full blown upset. Then all of a sudden it goes away until next year again. This has been going on for years. I mentioned to my Dr if there was something that I might be allergic to (from outside blooms) or something that I might be ingesting into the gut. He took my theory seriously, but has not had any cases like this. I read on another forum (here) that someone was having simular problems. I am a male @ 50.
It seems that over the years, my episodes are not near as dramatic.
Lat year when I had this problem I went to GI and they did a colonoscopy and Endo (mainly becuase of my age anyway), but he did not find anything and I was right in the middle of having my yearly problem. He said that I had an over acid stomach and gave me Nexium. Of which later I had an extreme allergic reaction to it. Now, I am back again and here it is march and I am having stomach problems again
