Apple cider vinegar

Recently started taking apple cider vinegar mixed with bottled water to help treat acid reflux and constipation. Have continued oatmeal, bran fiber, and fruits and vegetables. What success have people out there had with this apple cider vinegar?

Re: Apple cider vinegar

Have been mixing this apple cider vinegar with water and lemon juice for the past two weeks and the results have been amazing. No more feeling bloated, lethargic, and constipated. Effortless bowel movements every morning like clockwork. Significant reduction in acid reflux. Have continued the oatmeal, All-Bran, and fruits and vegetables. Just wanted to let everyone out there know that this stuff really works.
