Barium Swallow
I had a barium swallow test yesterday, and the doctor told me I would have some constipation for a couple of days. Well now, a little more than 24 hours later, I am having diarrhea. Has anybody else had this opposite reaction? I'm just kind of concerned. Thanks for your help!

Oh yes! It hit me before I was done with the test. First they did xrays, then I drank the stuff and they did more x-rays. Then they made me sit 20 minutes to do xrays again. The dr. likes to do the extra x-rays. Well, during the 20 minute wait I was in the bathroom the entire time Pain and everything. Felt like I was dying. Luckily it did not last long. I think I was fine the next day. The whole experience was horrible.
