Constant bloating, mild abdominal pain, frequent urination

I've gone to the doctor already and was told there was a mild gastrointestinal virus that was going around. The nurse thought I was suffering from this, as well as a possible slight bladder infection. She said it lasted a week, at most.

Well, I've been experiencing these symptoms for over two weeks now. The abdominal pain has died down to nearly nothing, and I've regained my appetite, but the bloating and increased urination remain. I'm bloated in the morning before eating anything, and the bloating does get worse after I eat my first meal of the day. I'm not feeling any more gassy than usual.

Any idea what may be causing this and if it will go away soon on its own? It's been making me fairly uncomfortable. I'd hate to call the doctor's again and go through the process of being transferred, telling five people my symptoms, and sitting around in the waiting room for 30 minutes, ESPECIALLY if this is something that will go away without any assistance.

Thank you!
